Navigating Grief
Grief is not a voyage to take alone

We Support Grieving Adults
Mindset Vitality hosts Bereavement Friendship Groups in local communities to bring grieving people together for mutual support and wellbeing.

Our volunteer co-hosts are compassionate, trustworthy individuals who are vetted and trained to work with bereaved people in our groups.

Our Founder, Gaynor Rosier, is a long-serving volunteer with Cruse Bereavement Support and a professional therapist in addition to managing Mindset Vitality.
Gaynor will personally answer you if you choose to take the Grief Self-Assessment.
