Grief is not a journey to take alone
We Support Grieving Adults
Mindset Vitality hosts Bereavement Friendship Groups in local communities so that grieving people don't feel so alone.

Our volunteers are compassionate, trustworthy individuals who are trained to work with bereaved clients in our Bereavement Friendship groups, over the phone, or online.

Our Founder, Gaynor, is a Cruse volunteer and professional therapist who volunteers her time outside of her own therapeutic practice to support our clients. Gaynor will personally answer you if you choose to take the Grief Self-Assessment.

Get to Know Us
Founded in 2022 by Gaynor Rosier, our charity is dedicated to providing wellbeing support for bereaved individuals in South Wales.
We offer Bereavement Groups in Swansea, Pontardawe, and Neath twice a month, along with an online support program for those unable to attend in person, fostering a safe space for sharing stories and finding solace together.
We have just started our new Swansea Bereavement Friendship Group!
Our new group is held in the Vestry Hall at Saint Mary's Church in the centre of Swansea (opposite Primark). Time 12.00 to 2.00pm.
It runs on the first and third Wednesdays (apart from January 25, when it will be the second and fourth weeks).
